Adh-Dhaariyat 51:19

وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّۭ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ

Wa feee amwaalihim haqqul lissaaa'ili walmahroom

And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived.
