Adh-Dhaariyat 51:19

وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّۭ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ

Wa feee amwaalihim haqqul lissaaa'ili walmahroom

And in their property was a portion due to him who begs and to him who is denied (good).
