Al-Muzzammil 73:4

أَوْ زِدْ عَلَيْهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ تَرْتِيلًا

Aw zid 'alaihi wa rattilil Qur'aana tarteela

Or add to it, and recite the Quran as it ought to be recited.
