Al-Anfaal 8:18

ذَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ

Zaalikum wa annal laaha moohinu kaidil kaafireen

This, and that Allah is the weakener of the struggle of the unbelievers.
