83:3

Al-Mutaffifin 83:3

وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ

Wa izaa kaaloohum aw wazanoohum yukhsiroon

But when they measure out to others or weigh out for them, they are deficient.
