Yusuf 12:103

وَمَآ أَكْثَرُ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتَ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ

Wa maa aksarun naasi wa law harasta bimu'mineen

Yet no faith will the greater part of mankind have, however ardently thou dost desire it.
