Al-Hijr 15:56

قَالَ وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ

Qaala wa mai yaqnatu mir rahmati Rabbiheee illad daaaloon

He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?"
